BOOKING AND DEPOSIT POLICY
We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
Cabins require first night’s fee as deposit for booking.
For peak bookings we require a $50 deposit on booking and one month prior to stay: full payment required.
Easter and Long Weekends bookings must be fully pre-paid 1month prior. Minimum booking periods may apply at holiday periods.
Sites usually only require bookings at Easter and Christmas. Min. booking period applies. $50 deposit required for bookings ($100 for ensuite sites).
There is a minimum $20 administration fee on all cancellations.
We do not refund for early departure
If you give us at least 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit. If you give us less than 7 days notice, we will refund the balance of your deposit if we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same period.
Sites: After your final confirmation and payment, refunds will only be given when the site is rebooked.
Cabins/Units: After your final confirmation and payment, refunds will only be given when cabin/unit is rebooked.
